As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple teams to understand system behavior and deliver timely solutions that maintain business continuity and enhance system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Document findings and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
• Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve software issues efficiently.
• Experience in debugging and monitoring applications in production environments.
• Familiarity with system architecture and integration points within business-critical applications.
• Ability to work with logs, error messages, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Node.js.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
