Job Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Own Brand Assortment Strategies, including development of items from idea-to-shelf in a manner through which to achieve differentiation and competitive COGs to drive profitability for the Category, while also maximizing quality.
- Assist in the development of Own Brand category reviews to inform range/assortment, quality, pricing, promotional activities (namely ad/display plans), packaging (label design) and shelf decisions to positively impact Own Brand and total Category performance and profitability.
- Deliver day-to-day communication, support, and on-time delivery across respective lines of business (categories) with Own Brand and Category Managers.
- Facilitate the delivery of Own Brand plans, including new item development from business case creation to on-shelf availability (all steps there within), aimed to achieve Own Brands performance targets.
- Manage Strategic Supplier Relationships with current and potential new vendor partners to drive product transitions, support security of supply, and facilitate speed-to-shelf while minimizing service and inventory disruptions.
- Support in the development and execution of marketing plans and signage programs to support key Own Brand activities.
- Work alongside fellow Own Brand business partners in Brand, QA, and Sourcing to ensure current assortment and new items are delivering against defined brand guardrails and portfolio objectives.

The hiring range for this position is $63800.00– $74425.00 per hour/year. This range represents the anticipated base pay for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. Eligible employees may be offered health, vision, and dental insurance, personal/sick paid time, 401(k) retirement savings plan, bonus potential, paid bereavement, vacation and paid holidays.
