We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to architect and deliver scalable backend and React-based frontend solutions on modern cloud stacks. You will guide system design decisions, improve code quality across the SDLC, and partner with product and design to ship reliable features; apply now.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop and maintain backend services using GoLang or Python
  • Create and refine user interfaces with React
  • Partner with product managers, designers and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Contribute to system design discussions and drive architectural decisions
  • Maintain code quality through code reviews, testing and adherence to best practices
  • Deploy and operate cloud-based solutions
  • Write and keep up-to-date technical designs, processes and implementations
  • Track emerging technologies and industry trends to inform improvements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development
  • High proficiency in backend development with GoLang or Python
  • Expert-level knowledge of React for frontend development
  • Deep understanding of system design principles
  • Solid background in the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud technology stacks (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Working knowledge of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Exposure to microservices architecture and automated testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
