Job Description

We are seeking a Program Manager (Intermediate) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects and synthesizing analytical insights for executives and a proven ability to deliver project outcomes by creating and executing plans, managing day-to-day operations, and adapting to changing requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute project plans, revising as needed to meet changing requirements.
• Identify resources, assign responsibilities, and manage day-to-day project operations.
• Coordinate stakeholders across public and private sector settings and ensure clear communication.
• Produce regular executive summaries that distill complex analytical findings into actionable insights.
• Support strategy development through research, analysis, and structured problem solving.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and project delivery.
• Plan, schedule, and participate in meetings; drive agendas, decisions, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in project planning, resource management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with experience producing concise executive summaries.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with ability to work across senior stakeholder groups.
• 3-6 years of relevant program or project management experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with senior stakeholders in both public and private sector environments.
• Background spanning startup and large enterprise organizations.

Work Location & Schedule:

• Hybrid. Three days in office. Washington, DC preferred; New York, NY acceptable.
• Standard business hours. Occasional exceptions unlikely.
