Position Overview:
The Senior Program Coordinator organizes, administers, and coordinates multiple facets of programs, projects, and processes related to land use, transportation, and natural resources. Working under the general supervision of a Senior Program Manager, the Coordinator leads the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of program activities, communications, events, and reporting.
This role ensures the accuracy and completeness of program deliverables, including compliance with grant agreements, and supports continuous improvement by developing processes, evaluating program effectiveness, and identifying additional resources. The Coordinator serves as a liaison with public and private partners and represents the organization in meetings and public forums. Work is performed with a strong understanding of organizational goals and may be carried out with a moderate degree of independence.
