Salary: $23-$28/hr DOE

We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator / Machinist for a manufacturing company in Leominster. This role will operate CNC and shop equipment to manufacture and refurbish precision parts. Entry-level candidates with machining training, technical school experience, or a strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist with programming CNC equipment to manufacture custom parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and tolerances
• Support production schedules to meet on-time delivery goals
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality
• Track and report work order progress and quantities produced
• Operate a variety of equipment throughout the production process
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous CNC machine operation preferred
• Manufacturing, machining, trade school, or CNC training experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
