Are you passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that make a real difference? As a QA Engineer at Gallagher, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our Salesforce and Middleware developments meet the highest standards. Your work will directly impact the success of our teams and the satisfaction of our clients worldwide.

How you'll make an impact

• Design and execute test plans that ensure seamless integrations, reliable APIs, and robust Salesforce functionality.
• Validate data flows, API behavior, and error handling to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and edge cases, ensuring solutions meet functional, technical, and security standards.
• Perform unit tests, system integration tests (SIT), regression tests, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with quality standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies and organizational testing practices.

About you

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering excellence. You’ll bring:

• Experience: 4+ years in quality assurance for integrations, APIs, and/or Salesforce applications.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Postman and AccelQ, and the ability to understand technical specifications, mappings, and data flows.
• Adaptability: Knowledge of AI-powered automation and a willingness to learn and grow with emerging technologies.
• Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English is required, and Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Mindset: A detail-oriented approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for ensuring quality at every step.
