• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize data platform performance and scalability.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align data platform strategies with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Database Management.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable data architectures.
• Experience with data integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless data flow.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data platform issues and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and best practices.
• Skilled in collaborating with diverse technical teams to achieve unified data solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Database Management.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
