What To Expect

The AI Infrastructure Engineering & Tools team is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in the design and development of our web applications for AI and IT Infrastructure products. As a member of the team, you will take ownership of complex features from design to deployment, setting a high bar for technical excellence. You will be a key technical voice, collaborating closely with the product leads and backend/AI engineers to transform complex technical requirements into robust, high-performance user interfaces. You’ll leverage modern technologies like React, Next.js, Tailwind and JavaScript to create dynamic, visually compelling applications and tools that empower users.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end development of crucial features for data visualization, Infrastructure and AI tooling, ensuring they are well-designed, maintainable, and highly performant

Design and implement scalable frontend architecture for new products and features, working within the broader technical strategy set by the team

Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to provide technical guidance and influence the product roadmap with your engineering insights

Champion and contribute to our frontend best practices, code quality, and testing standards through exemplary work and constructive code reviews

Mentor other engineers through pairing, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance to elevate the entire team's capabilities

What You'll Bring

Extensive experience building and shipping complex, large-scale web applications using React

Deep understanding of web development, browsers, modern state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand), and frontend performance optimization techniques

Proven experience with backend integration, including a strong understanding of Python and web frameworks like Flask

A track record of solving complex and ambiguous technical problems with a high degree of autonomy

Exceptional UI/UX design sensibilities and a passion for creating intuitive, user-centric interfaces from complex requirements

Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and take ownership of significant technical projects

Expected Compensation

$140,000 - $300,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
