If you're curious, persistent, logical, and clever, this could be the perfect opportunity to join our team as a Senior Software Testing Engineer focused on SAP systems. In this role, you'll contribute to enterprise-scale SAP implementations and transformations across industries such as retail, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and consumer products. As part of our growing testing community, you'll work on complex SAP landscapes, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Fiori, and integrated enterprise solutions spanning core business modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, and beyond.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.
Responsibilities
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of SAP-based enterprise applications
- Validate end-to-end business processes across SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM), including integrations with non-SAP systems
- Take ownership of test strategy, planning, and execution, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines
- Analyze business requirements and SAP configurations, identifying gaps and suggesting improvements to processes and system performance
- Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, developers, business analysts (BAs), and other stakeholders in Agile/Scrum teams
- Develop and maintain test documentation (test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and reports)
- Report, analyze, and track defects with clear root cause analysis and impact assessment across SAP landscapes
- Support data validation using SAP tables, transactions, and SQL queries
Requirements
- 4+ years of QA experience, preferably with enterprise or SAP-based systems
- Strong knowledge of testing fundamentals, methodologies, and various testing approaches
- Hands-on experience with SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, or related modules)
- Working knowledge of SAP business processes (FI, CO, SD, MM)
- Proficiency in SQL and a solid background in API testing
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP implementation or migration projects
- Knowledge of SAP test automation tools (Tricentis Tosca, CBTA, or similar)
- Experience testing SAP Fiori/UI5 applications
- Familiarity with SAP integration technologies (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs)
- SAP certification in any module or methodology
