Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a well-established company? A locally owned manufacturing company in Holland, MI—serving the area for over 30 years—is hiring for 1st and 3rd Shift Machine Operators. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with at least 6 months of machine operation experience.
Pay & Shift:
- Hourly Pay: $18.30/hr on 1st and $21.05/hr on 3rd
- Schedule: 1st shift Mon-Frid 6:30am-2:30pm ; 3rd shift Sun-Thurs 10:15pm-6:15am
- Job Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various production machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Ensure quality control and inspection of finished parts
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of machine operation experience
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Able to stand for 8–12 hours
- Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic are essential
