Job Description:

In this role, you will help make sure everything built in our factory is made correctly. You will work on daily quality tasks and help launch new products.

Stop Mistakes: Catch errors before the product leaves the factory.

Safety First: Make sure the workplace follows all safety and privacy laws.

Keep Learning: Help the company try new ways to build products better.

Responsibilities:

  • Check the Work: You will look at how we build things to make sure we follow the rules and stay safe.
  • Solve Problems: When something goes wrong or a part breaks, you will help find out why it happened and how to stop it from happening again.
  • Test and Track: You will use math and data to watch for patterns in our work. You’ll check to see if our machines and tools are working perfectly.
  • Improve the Process: You will suggest ways to make our work better and faster.
  • Write Reports: You will keep clear notes and records about what you find during your tests.
  • Help the Team: You will work with the people who buy our parts and the engineers who design them to make sure everything is high quality.

Education: Bachelor Degree

  • College Degree (Bachelor's): In Engineering or Science. If you have this degree, you do not need previous work experience.

Experience: 24 months

  • High School Diploma or Trade School Degree: Plus at least 2 years of experience working in quality or safety.

Physical:

  • Standing / Walking

Skills:

  • Excel (Required): You must be very good at using Microsoft Excel to organize information.,Good Eye for Detail: You can spot small mistakes and follow strict rules.,Math and Science: You are comfortable using basic math and logic to solve puzzles.,Organization: You are good at keeping track of paperwork and following a schedule.,SAP Knowledge: It is a plus if you have used SAP software before, but it is not required.
