Java Full Stack Lead Developer - ReactJS

Experience: 6–12 Years

Band - B2/B3

Location - Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Coimbatore, Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced JAVA Full Stack (React) with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS to lead high‑performance development teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with client stakeholders and offshore teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑quality enterprise applications, preferably in the Banking domain.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot and modern architecture patterns.
• Lead full‑stack development involving backend services and modern frontend frameworks.
• Perform requirement analysis, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
• Mentor and guide a small team of developers, testers, and engineers throughout the SDLC before production deployment.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and DevOps processes.

???? Mandatory Technical Skills

• 6–12 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development
• 5–6+ years of hands‑on experience in Java 8 / Java 17 or above
• Experience in ReactJS
• Experience in PL/SQL / Oracle DB development
• Experience with:
  • Kafka
  • Docker & Kubernetes
  • Monitoring & Log Analysis tools (Splunk, Datadog)
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven / other build tools
• Strong understanding of API-based Microservices architecture (Spring Boot – Mandatory)

Mandatory Skills: Fullstack Java Enterprise .

Experience: 5-8 Years .
