We’re looking for a Business Development Analyst to support our Wealth business, focused on Mexico intermediaries. This team supports asset managers, private banks, independent advisors, family and multi-family offices, and digital platforms across the region.

In this role, you’ll provide critical operational, analytical, and client support to internal sales executives and relationship managers, and external clients as needed. You’ll be a key contributor to day-to-day sales activity, helping drive efficiency, client engagement, and overall business growth.

  • This Hybrid role (in office Tues-Wed-Thurs) is based in Mexico City, MX**

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by maintaining and auditing client and prospect data, ensuring accuracy and completeness across systems
  • Conduct research and provide insights on financial markets, investment products, and industry trends
  • Coordinate follow-ups for sales executives and respond to medium-complexity client and prospect inquiries
  • Provide day-to-day tactical and analytical support to help sales teams maximize client engagement
  • Assist with planning and execution of sales meetings, events, and logistics; track and report on key metrics
  • Partner with sales teams to enhance client relationship management and identify opportunities to improve outcomes
  • Outline pros/cons of potential solutions to support client and business decision-making
  • Contribute to special projects and broader team initiatives

Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant experience in sales support, business development, or financial services

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Interest in financial markets and investment products

Nice to Have:

Progress toward CFA designation

AMIB Certification (Investment Strategies Advisor – Series 210)
