WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Coordinating between sales teams, warehouse operators and forwarders in delivery process
• Scheduling and arranging book-ins customers and schedule deliveries with respect to customer requirements and forwarder resources
• Coordinating and monitoring of the customs clearance process for exports and imports
• Tracking and tracing the status of shipments
• Conducting and reporting on weekly basis the performance reviews with transport providers
• Maintaining and analyzing the supply chain performance by recording non-conformities
• Conducting and reporting on weekly performance reviews with transport providers (OTTR performance)
• Cooperating with all parties in determining the most effective and efficient logistics solution
• Coordinating and processing of return inquiries
• Being engaged in process improvement activities

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Formal education as logistics specialist or similar
• Min. 1 year experience in logistics, transport or equivalent
• Good understanding and know how of logistics processes and technologies
• Experience in working with data from ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle etc.)
• Communicative and interpersonal skills
• Attention to data insights and details
• Knowledge of MS Tools
• Knowledge of the English and Polish language
