As our Product Expert, Modular Solutions, you’ll play a key role in enabling high-performing and reliable air-conditioning solutions by providing expert product knowledge and technical support to customers and internal stakeholders worldwide.

Your impact? Faster issue resolution, better product performance in real applications, and increased customer confidence in our solutions. Sales teams, customers, and product organizations will benefit directly from your expertise and ownership.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, Quality, Sales, and Application Engineering, taking ownership of product support, technical problem-solving, and product improvement initiatives, helping us move toward a more innovative, customer-focused, and efficient future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide global technical product support to internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Application Engineering) and external customers
• Take full ownership of product and application issues, from analysis through final resolution
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges related to products and their applications
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, and Quality on product changes, improvements, and new variants
• Prepare and deliver technical trainings and act as a trusted technical partner for customers

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (HVAC, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Electrical, or similar)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in air-conditioning (commercial & business), HVACR, or related industries
• Strong technical competence and a product-driven mindset
• Self-driven personality with the confidence to take initiative and ownership
• Very good English skills and the ability to work in a global, customer-facing environment
