The team
Our BI practice partners with Data Engineering to translate enterprise data into intuitive decision-making tools. Recent engagements include CPG, retail, and BFSI clients, with measurable user-adoption results.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop executive dashboards, operational reports, and self-service analytics portals.
- Implement row-level security, workspace governance, and report-lifecycle management.
- Build complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and data models in Power BI.
- Connect reports to Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure SQL data sources.
- Run user-training and adoption programs for client business teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years Power BI or Tableau development with enterprise clients.
- Expert DAX and Power Query; strong SQL fundamentals.
- Experience with row-level security and enterprise workspace governance.
- Familiarity with data modeling on Databricks or Snowflake.
- Communication skills strong enough to run a stakeholder workshop.
