The Application Developer IV requires in-depth knowledge and breadth of expertise in the Application Development field. Leads others to solve complex challenges. May lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements.

• Designs and develops complex application modules and integrations.
• Translates detailed business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conducts advanced debugging to resolve defects in code and configuration.
• Builds and maintains integration points with internal and external systems.
• Writes automated tests for complex components.
• Participates in architectural discussions and offers technical recommendations.
• Conducts peer reviews for mid-level code submissions.
• Supports QA and business testers during UAT and SIT.
• Provides technical documentation for assigned deliverables.
• Mentors P3 developers on coding and troubleshooting techniques.

Minimum Experience: 8+

Years Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
