Pay Range: $21.61 - $30.53 per hour

Summary:
The Lab Research Assistant II will support the laboratory’s molecular profiling workflows, primarily involving RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, and protein profiling using the Alamar NULISAseq platform. Responsibilities include RNA, DNA, and protein isolation; library preparation, quality control, and sequencing; and assisting with operation of automated liquid handling systems. The Research Assistant will also support cell culture–based experiments and downstream characterization of model systems. Duties include assisting with antibody staining, imaging, and quantitative analysis of cultured cells and organoid systems.
The individual will help maintain laboratory protocols and contribute to the organization of laboratory materials, supplies, and equipment. The position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work effectively across multiple ongoing projects.
