Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator-01024203
YOU ARE... a detail oriented, highly organized learning systems professional who enjoys managing the day to day responsibilities of running a learning management system (LMS) as well as engaging with other training professionals to ensure consistent processes are followed and best practices are shared. You take pride in ensuring accuracy, creating reliable processes, managing learner pathways, converting basic materials into training assets, and making sure learner records are efficiently captured and organized. You’re naturally curious, comfortable learning how new systems work, and eager to find ways to improve efficiency. As a strong team player, you’re always willing to pitch in, juggle multiple priorities, and help create solutions that will improve the learner experience.
