Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Overtime: Required as needed, including occasional Saturdays from 5:30 AM – 11:30 AM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Northbrook, IL. This position involves assembling tripods using basic hand tools in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have good hand-eye coordination, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble tripod components using basic hand tools
- Follow assembly instructions and production guidelines
- Ensure quality and accuracy of completed products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Dependable with good attendance
- Ability to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays
