Akkodis is seeking an AI Full Stack Engineer for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL (Hybrid). The ideal candidate with strong Python, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy expertise, capable of building scalable backend systems and deploying ML integrations.

Rate Range: $42/hour to $44/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

AI Full Stack Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Design and optimize database models and queries using SQLAlchemy ORM and PostgreSQL, including writing efficient SQL functions.
• Build responsive, user-friendly frontend components using React and TypeScript to support key application workflows.
• Integrate and operationalize AI/ML models using tools such as Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, Azure ML, and Langchain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, architects, and UX designers—to deliver intelligent, high‑performance applications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure robust software quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 8–10 years of professional experience in backend development, AI/ML integration, and full‑stack engineering.
• Proven expertise in Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy ORM, and PostgreSQL with strong ability to design scalable backend architectures.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML‑enabled applications using tools such as TensorFlow, Scikit‑learn, Azure ML, and React/TypeScript for frontend contributions.

Pay Details: $42.00 to $44.00 per hour
