THIS IS A LIMITED TERM POSITION WHICH MAY BE EXTENDED OR BECOME PERMANENT.
The Employment Development Department (EDD), Document Management Division is seeking a Sheetfed Offset Press Operator III (SOPO III) to work in the Reprographic Services Group, a full service print shop responsible for producing the Department's forms and publications. Under the general direction of a Printing Trades Supervisor II, the SOPO III operates a variety of offset printing presses, including loading paper, leveling rollers, making adjustments, and monitoring print quality. This position works the day shift. The facility is located in Natomas and offers plenty of free parking.
This is a Limited Term position lasting up to 12 months. The Limited Term may be extended up to 24-months and/or the position may become permanent based on operational need.

Effective July 1, 2025, specific Bargaining Units and associated Excluded State employees are subject to a salary reduction between 2% - 4.62% in exchange for hours in the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) per month.
