EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR ENDPOINT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR: Degree in computer science, MIS, or business administration supplemented with one or more courses or certifications in current technology preferred; two years and current experience as an administrator on a small to medium sized network of servers, desktop systems, and communications devices using current technology; knowledge of windows servers and desktop products; knowledge of setting up remote access for users; ability to administer a 1000 to 5000 node network and be able to support network printers and multi-function printers; working knowledge of current communication devices and protocols, server and desktop technologies; ability to manage multiple projects, activities, and tasks simultaneously; facilitation and change management skills; highly developed verbal and written communications; ability to learn and comprehend new technologies with minimal management; ability to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers; ability to communicate effectively with team members; positive attitude when working with customers; knowledge of employment, merchandise handling, and safety procedures. Must be at least 21 years of age with no more than 2 moving violations and 1 chargeable accident within the last three years.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
Heavy Work: Lifting up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
