In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and other analysts to support the development and improvement of digital solutions. Your focus will be on understanding business needs, translating them into clear requirements, and contributing to high‑quality solutions that integrate smoothly with existing systems and processes.

You will:
- Actively participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from planning and design to implementation and support.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure the team's backlog accurately reflects business priorities and user requirements.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions to capture business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Be part of developing and executing detailed test plans to ensure software solutions meet high quality standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and test cases.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
About you:
- You have 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst (or similar role) in an Agile software development environment.
- You bring solid knowledge of the SDLC and are comfortable working with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies, including relevant BA processes and tools.
- You have hands-on experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr for requirements management, documentation, and project tracking.
- You are data‑driven and confident working with data to support analysis, decision‑making, and business outcomes.
- You communicate clearly and effectively, and can build strong relationships in a distributed, international team (working closely with colleagues across Denmark and Lithuania).
- You are a proactive self‑starter who takes ownership, drives tasks forward, and gets things done in a fast‑paced environment.
- You are a team player with a pragmatic mindset, balancing delivery speed with compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience within digital product development is an advantage; banking, regulatory, or debt management domain knowledge is a bonus, but not a requirement.

Monthly salary range from 2600 EUR to 3900 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
