Amazon Robotics (AR) seeks a talented and motivated Sr. Supply Chain Systems Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Robotics Supply Chain (RSC) team. The TPM will own the Sourcing-Procurement function core operating capability framework. In support for foundation build out, the TPM will lead the requirements design and implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for the Robotic Supply Chain. In the first phase, the TPM will lead the RSC’s underlying end to end business process mapping/design supporting diverse business operations aimed to prepare for ERP deployment.
As part of the role the TPM will own the requirements definition and implementation of the supplier collaboration (all transactional type exchanges with suppliers and outsource manufacturers). The TPM will own the data foundation build out including master data governance aimed to feed operational BI requirements across all supply chain functions. The TPM will collaborate with internal customers, RSC functional teams, business applications product management, application and software engineering, and infrastructure teams while navigating a fast-paced project environment. The TPM will be the single-threaded leader for RSC ERP , developing solutions that scale to growth and solve challenges. The TPM will own the technical planning and project execution in partnership with the AR system technology team for all launch deliverables across RSC. The TPM must possess the ability to build strong relationships with customers and operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a large-scope, high-visibility role that requires a strong executive presence. The TPM will require a solid understanding of supply chain processes, ERP technical system capabilities and associated business utilization (currently utilizing Oracle EBS), and interconnectivity to upstream and downstream applications specifically with PLM and Planning business processes and applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supply chain operations and supporting technology, be a domain expert able to dive deep into the supply systems, and have a strong understanding of supply chain processes.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
