Egen is seeking a talented and experienced Fullstack Engineer with a strong background in Java and Angular. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development and be proficient in building and maintaining web applications. This role requires a dynamic individual who can work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with teams both remotely and on-site in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using Java for backend and Angular or React for frontend development.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
4. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
5. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
6. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain relevant and competitive.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 6-12 years of professional experience in fullstack development.
3. Strong proficiency in Java, including frameworks such as Spring or Spring Boot.
4. Expertise in Angular and related technologies.
5. Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
6. Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
7. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
10. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud.
