Job Summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Full Stack (Node.js + React) Developer to design, develop, and deliver high-performance, responsive web applications. This role plays a key part in creating scalable, maintainable, and user-centric solutions that support business growth and client satisfaction. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence, optimize application performance, and implement innovative features aligned with organizational goals.

Software Requirements

Required:

• Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript with at least 5 years of experience in building scalable backend services and APIs
• Extensive hands-on experience in React.js (including hooks, lifecycle, and state management with Redux or ContextAPI) and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, CSS-in-JS (Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, Material UI)
• Strong understanding of building and automating production-ready deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Working knowledge of containerization Docker, Kubernetes, and API gateway platforms like 3Scale
• Familiarity with security protocols including REST, JWT, OAuth, and experience integrating with secure authentication systems
• Experience working with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.)

Preferred:

• Experience with GraphQL API development and integration
• Familiarity with browser performance optimization, benchmarking, and advanced debugging tools

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performant, responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices
• Design and implement highly available RESTful APIs and microservices aligned with enterprise standards
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and automation initiatives to uphold code quality and system reliability
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and lead performance tuning efforts
• Stay informed on the latest front-end and back-end web technologies and propose their adoption to improve product offerings
• Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams

Technical Skills (By Category)

Programming Languages:

• Essential: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React.js
• Preferred: JavaScript frameworks/libraries related to the React ecosystem (e.g., Redux, ContextAPI)

Databases/Data Management:

• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB
• Knowledge of data modeling, query optimization, and data validation techniques

Cloud Technologies:

• Familiarity with deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of full-stack development experience with an emphasis on React.js and Node.js
• Proven track record building enterprise-level web applications with performance optimization
• Hands-on experience in deploying and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments
• Experience working in Agile teams in financial, banking, or retail domains is preferred
• Alternative pathways include demonstrated success in complex front-end/back-end projects or relevant certifications in full-stack development

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop, test, and deploy new features and enhancements on web platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot bugs, and optimize application performance
• Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous process improvements
• Document implementations and facilitate onboarding of new team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Certification in front-end/back-end technologies, cloud platforms, or DevOps practices is advantageous
