Position Description: We are looking for a senior Java Full Stack Developer with a strong background in data-intensive applications. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design and development of robust, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about mentoring junior developers, architecting complex systems, and driving technical excellence across both front-end and back-end development..
Responsibilities:
. Lead the design and development of full-stack solutions using Java and modern front-end technologies.
. Architect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems using Spring Boot and related technologies.
. Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular.
. Oversee end-to-end software development, from requirements gathering and system design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across front-end and back-end systems.
. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure alignment with project goals and user requirements.
. Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster best practices in development.
. Integrate software solutions with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and external APIs, ensuring seamless data flow.
Must-Have Skills:
. Primary Skills: Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, and SQL.
. Backend: Extensive experience with frameworks such as Spring MVC and Hibernate.
. Architecture: Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
. Frontend: Proficiency in front-end development using modern frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js, along with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
. Databases: Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
. DevOps: Experience with version control tools like Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
. Testing: Strong background in testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Mockito) for unit and integration testing.
Good-to-Have Skills:
. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
. Exposure to messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
. Knowledge of cloud-native application development and DevOps practices.
. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
Soft Skills:
. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
. Strong leadership with the ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
