Hiring: Senior Lead Engineer (Java + React)
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Lead Engineer with strong expertise in Java and React to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. This role requires a mix of deep technical knowledge, architectural thinking, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and delivery of complex applications
- Drive technical strategy, architecture, and best practices
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
- Participate in Agile development and project oversight
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Java and React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux)
- Expertise in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Nice to Have
- Experience with agentic AI tools (e.g., Devin AI)
