Job Description:

Java Full Stack Developer

Experience: 6–12 Years

Band - B2/B3

Location - Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Spring Boot–based RESTful Microservices using industry best practices.
• Lead end‑to‑end development activities including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance to small teams of developers, testers, and engineers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Interact closely with client stakeholders and offshore teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and track deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance benchmarks, security guidelines, and code review processes.
• Participate in architectural discussions, microservices design, and integration strategies.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and production deployments with strong focus on stability and observability.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 6–12 years of hands‑on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience working with Java 8, Java 17, or higher versions.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Spring Boot with API‑based Microservices (Mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of strong hands‑on experience with ReactJS for frontend development.
• Minimum 6 years of experience working as a PL/SQL / Oracle DB developer (or similar relational database tools).
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Splunk, and Datadog for messaging, containerization, orchestration, and log analysis.
• Minimum 6 years of experience using Git, Jenkins, Maven (or other build tools) in CI/CD environments.

Mandatory Skills: Fullstack Java Enterprise .
