What You’ll Do

• Perform machining on manual mills, lathes, grinders, and CNC mills.
• Build, repair, and modify molds, fixtures, and tooling.
• Complete precision bench work such as fitting, polishing, and alignment.
• Create SolidWorks models and CNC programs as needed.
• Maintain and troubleshoot plastic injection molds.
• Support mold setups and provide guidance on tool use and care.
• Work independently while maintaining accuracy, quality, and safety.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comprehensive knowledge of toolmaking, machining, mechanical principles, precision measurement, advanced math, materials, and treatments (typically gained through trade school).
• Minimum four years of toolmaking experience (apprenticeship or equivalent).
• CNC mill setup and programming experience.
• Ability to work with extremely tight tolerances, often under .001.
• High level of manual dexterity and fine control.
• Ability to stand, sit, lift, and perform other physical tasks required for the role.

• Monday–Friday
• 1st Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm
• Onsite
• $72,800 annual salary, direct
