1st Shift Mill Setup Operator
We’re currently hiring for a 1st shift Mill Setup Operator. This role is ideal for someone with strong setup skills who’s comfortable working from prints. While the ability to program is a plus, it’s not required.
Details:
- Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–3:30pm; Friday, 6:00am–10:00am
- Pay: Targeting $30/hr (flexible based on experience)
- Overtime: Often available
Requirements:
- Ability to set up and run milling jobs from blueprints
- Prior programming experience is a bonus but not necessary
- Familiarity with CNC milling machines and tooling
- Strong attention to detail, especially with repeat production
- Team player with a positive, dependable attitude
