Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a Contract with a client in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will drive end‑to‑end user story management and own UAT execution to ensure seamless delivery across multiple initiatives.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Engineer job responsibilities include:

• Lead requirements‑gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define and finalize project needs across multiple initiatives.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment by collaborating with business, design, and engineering teams to ensure clarity and project readiness.
• Create, groom, and prioritize user stories while preparing detailed feature scope documentation for development teams.
• Facilitate working sessions, daily stand‑ups, and follow‑ups to advance requirements, resolve open questions, and support delivery execution.
• Own end‑to‑end UAT planning and execution, including test script creation, defect management, and validation for release readiness.
• Perform data analysis to support migration activities and provide ongoing Salesforce operational support, including dashboards and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Salesforce development, technical design, and cross‑functional project support.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst credentials.
• Proven ability to lead requirement discussions, manage UAT end‑to‑end, and support multi‑initiative delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
