Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in CI/CD, build and release automation, and production support within enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in deployment processes, environment management, automation, and troubleshooting across web and application server ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, packaging, and deployment workflows using Jenkins
- Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, and release processes using GitHub
- Configure and troubleshoot build tools such as Maven and Gradle for dependency management and version control
- Deploy and manage applications on IBM WebSphere Application Server, including JVM tuning and troubleshooting
- Handle application deployments and performance tuning on Apache Tomcat
- Configure and maintain IBM HTTP Server, ensuring seamless integration with application servers
- Support and deploy Node.js applications, including environment configuration and promotion
- Create and manage batch job scheduling using Control-M, including dependencies and monitoring
- Troubleshoot production issues across web, application, and middleware layers
