Nesco Resource is looking for a Material Handler located in Danbury, CT. This is a contract position with opportunity to be converted directly.

Shift: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM (Available to work OT after 3:30 and every other Saturday if needed)

Pay: $23-$24/hour depending on experience

Job Summary: Seeking a reliable Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations. This role involves moving materials, maintaining inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to support workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move materials
• Load/unload shipments and stage materials for production
• Track inventory and perform cycle counts
• Prepare and label outgoing shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements:

• 3 years of warehouse or material handling experience
• Forklift experience required (certification a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs
• Basic computer skills; ERP system experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing setting
• Standing, walking, and lifting throughout shift
