We are looking for a passionate Full-Stack Developer to join our AI-powered fleet management team. In this role, you'll design, build, and optimize both frontend and backend components, delivering scalable digital solutions that impact clients across multiple industries. You'll work with a modern tech stack in a collaborative, international, and agile environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web application components within our Digital Business Unit portfolio.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end users to resolve support issues and implement enhancements.
- Continuously improve system performance, ensure code quality, and proactively fix bugs
Our Tech Stack:
You'll work primarily with the following technologies:
- Latest Java, Spring Boot, and Angular frameworks
- Nx, RxJS, NgRx, and Jest for scalable front-end development
- Maven, Docker, GitHub, and Azure for build, deployment, and cloud integration
- Spring Data and MongoDB for data persistence, with Git for version control
Good to Know:
- Experience using Datadog, JIRA, and Confluence for monitoring and collaboration
- Knowledge of Postman and SonarQube for testing and code quality
- Awareness of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude AI, IntelliJ AI features, or GitHub Copilot
- Familiarity with Spring Security and Terraform are a plus
Your profile:
- Degree in Software Engineering or related field, with 4+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Solid experience in microservices architecture and Domain-Driven Design
- Experience applying Hexagonal Architecture V5
- Agile mindset with a passion for clean code, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent, team-aligned decisions.
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities in an international team environment.
