We are seeking a Lead Salesforce CPQ Developer to join our Portfolio team and contribute to building systems that support our global Commercial strategy.

Responsibilities
- Develop solutions using Salesforce Primary Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Collaborate with scrum teams to solve challenges of continuous delivery
- Work with internal stakeholders and product managers to gather and understand requirements
- Design and implement Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce applications
- Follow development best practices and quality standards
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including pair programming and code reviews
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and integration processes
- Analyze and resolve issues within Salesforce implementations
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Identify enhancements by staying updated with Salesforce platform capabilities
- Document technical specifications and solutions
- Support deployment and release management using tools like Bitbucket, Bamboo, TeamCity, and Octopus
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge in the development community
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
- At least 1 year of leadership experience
- Proficiency in Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and REST API integrations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Salesforce Developer certification such as Platform Developer I/II or Platform App Builder
- Competency in Salesforce Flows and their limitations
- Familiarity with Agile environments and pair programming
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
Nice to have
- Understanding of TDD (Test Driven Development) methodologies
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket, Bamboo, TeamCity, and Octopus
- Background in global commercial system projects
- Expertise in Salesforce Communities implementation and customization
- Additional Salesforce certifications beyond Platform Developer and App Builder
