Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and adjust post-forming machinery to meet production specifications
- Inspect finished products and monitor glue lines to ensure top-quality standards
- Perform routine equipment checks and safely handle materials in the production area
Requirements & Skills:
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
- Safety-conscious with problem-solving skills
- Experience in manufacturing, woodworking, cabinetry, or laminate fabrication is a plus
