Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Software engineer, a W2 contract opportunity with one of our largest clients!

This is a W2 contract opportunity, and the candidates should be willing to work on our W2 ONLY, NO C2C.

.Net Software developer (Full Stack)

Location: Des Moines, IA

Type: W2 Contract – 12-month contract

Work Schedule: Hybrid

Schedule: 3 days in office

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 4+ years of .NET programming experience
• 3+ years of experience using React/Angular/Java script for front-end development
• 2+ years Application Performance Management (APM) tools Experience (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk observability)
• 3+ years of SQL, Database experience
• 3+ years of Agile experience

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years development in a Kubernetes environment
• 2+ years python programming experience
• 2+ years Site Reliability Engineering experience
• Production Support experience
• Gen AI skills / development expertise is a plus
• Financial Services – Nice to Have
