The Senior Program Manager will work with academic units and colleges to carry out the various duties associated with managing and leading master's programs, graduate certificates, undergraduate courses, and online noncredit professional development. This includes coordinating with various campus offices, recruiting and marketing, program development, and faculty coordination. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating logistics related to program delivery, strategizing with academic units, and managing program budgets.
Hybrid with responsibilities in Indianapolis, a few evenings a month.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000. The final salary offer will be determined based on various factors, including internal equity, available budget, and relevant experience.
