Occupational Therapist (OT) and Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA)

Full-time and Part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients (birth to 21).
• Evaluate, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to patient needs (OT only).
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.

Compensation

Caseload-based pay with flexible scheduling. Full-time is 20 weekly visits (30 minutes each) with no cap; per-visits rates vary by experience, skills, and tenure.

• OT Annual Income: $75,000 - $110,000+ (based on average full-time caseload volumes)
• OTA Annual Income: $42,000 - $70,000+ (based on average full-time caseload volumes)

Qualifications

Just graduating or moving from out of state? You are also welcome to apply!

• Active Colorado Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant License
• Degree from an accredited therapy program
• Pediatric experience is great but not required
• BLS CPR Certification (skills tested in-person)
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
