Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage various purchased materials for existing/new hyperscale data center deployment programs.
• Evaluate customer demand, generate purchase requests to drive timely purchase orders release to suppliers via Hyve MRP systems.
• Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to optimize material availability (pull in, push out, cancellation, etc.)
• Work with customer and internal support team to minimize inventory aging, excess and obsolete.
• Identify supply chain risks and mitigation steps to ensure material readiness.
• Communicate status and risks regularly. Escalate in a timely manner.
• Own the leadership communication on the program to all key stakeholders: program management, product sourcing, engineering, etc.
• Provide ongoing transparency of inventory levels and ensure continuous inventory accuracy.
• Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, sourcing, engineering, program management, logistics, and data center operations to support scale, speed, and continuous improvement.
• Generate and publish performance metrics on the programs.
• Participate/present in weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews with customers.

Job Description

Supply Chain Program Manager III (Fremont):

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar procurement or supply chain role.

2. Strong understanding of core supply chain principles, including procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics operations.

3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, data modeling, and Power BI or similar analytics tools.

4. Experience in supply chain analytics, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Production, and Finance.

6. Proven experience in supplier relationship management, including performance evaluations, negotiations, and issue resolution.

7. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with both internal stakeholders and external parties, including suppliers and customers.

8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory and make sound decisions to mitigate supply chain risks such as material shortages and lead time constraints.

9. Customer-focused mindset with a clear understanding of customer requirements to ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment.

10. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage urgent customer demands with professionalism and efficiency.

Salary Range - 95K - 120K/yr
