The Role

The Specialist -Full Stack Developer will work independently on moderate complexity features and applications, contributing to both front-end user interfaces and back-end services within the AI Engineering team. This role requires the ability to work with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing:

Software Development

• Develop web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
• Write efficient, scalable code for both client-side and server-side components
• Conduct thorough testing including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end testing
• Optimize application performance and ensure responsive design across devices

Technical Leadership

• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• Review code from junior developers and provide constructive feedback
• Identify and resolve technical issues independently, escalating complex problems appropriately
• Contribute to the improvement of development processes and team practices

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with Product Owners and designers to refine requirements and user stories
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Participate in client meetings and demonstrations when required

Skills & Requirements

You’ll need to demonstrate:

Core Development & Platform Expertise

• Proficient in C# and the .NET ecosystem
• Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, App Services, DevOps, API Management, AI Search).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and service orchestration patterns.
• Comfortable using generative AI tools to support development workflows.

AI & Machine Learning

• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (e.g., ML.NET, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Skilled in fine-tuning and evaluating models, including LLMs and transformer-based architectures.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based AI systems.
• Experience building adaptive systems using feedback loops and telemetry.

Data Engineering & Integration

• Understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines and real-time data streaming (Databricks, Snowflake a plus).
• Experience with search technologies and knowledge graph integration.
• Proficient in integrating AI services with diverse data sources.

DevOps & Quality

• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Knowledge of MLOps practices for deploying and monitoring AI models in production environments
