About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Lead Python Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications across modern frontend and backend ecosystems. This role requires deep technical expertise in React.js and TypeScript for frontend development, Python for backend services, and strong proficiency in AWS cloud services and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will possess an architectural mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to operate seamlessly across the full technology stack. You will be responsible for building scalable microservices-based applications, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring secure, resilient, and high-performance cloud deployments. This role demands technical leadership, engineering excellence, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

Frontend Engineering

• Design and develop enterprise-scale Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React.js and TypeScript.
• Implement advanced state management solutions using Redux, MobX, or equivalent frameworks.
• Architect and implement scalable micro-frontend solutions.
• Develop reusable UI components and contribute to shared component libraries.
• Ensure high performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Backend & Microservices

• Develop scalable and secure backend services using Python.
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Build robust APIs and manage system integrations.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Ensure application reliability, scalability, performance optimization, and security compliance.

Cloud & DevOps

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud-native applications on AWS using services such as CloudFront, S3, and API Gateway.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Utilize AWS Glue for ETL and data transformation workflows.
• Containerize applications using Docker and support orchestration environments where applicable.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Drive DevOps best practices including monitoring, logging, automated testing, and release governance.

Technical Leadership

• Contribute to architecture discussions and solution design decisions.
• Promote engineering best practices, code quality, and secure development standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across teams.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Qualifications:

• 9–12+ years of experience in software engineering with full-stack development expertise.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in state management frameworks such as Redux or MobX.
• Proficiency in backend development using Python.
• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale SPAs and micro-frontend architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including CloudFront, S3, and API Gateway.
• Strong understanding and implementation experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of AWS Glue and ETL workflows.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture principles and distributed systems design.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good to have skills:

• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Exposure to large-scale data platforms or data engineering environments.
• Experience in performance tuning, security hardening, and application observability.
• AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer).
• Experience working in global, cross-functional enterprise teams.
• Prior experience in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments.
