About the role

As a Full-stack Developer, you will join our Branded Shops team to build next-generation web solutions that transform how car insurance is experienced online. Working in a truly cross-functional and international team across our Riga and Stockholm offices, you will design and develop customer-facing white-label pages and webshops used by nearly all major car brands.

Using your expertise in .NET, C#, and modern frontend frameworks, you will help create intuitive, fast, and reliable solutions that make insurance easier to understand and purchase. Our team takes full ownership of solutions from concept to production, collaborating closely, solving problems together, and continuously improving how we deliver high-quality digital experiences.

What are you going to do?

  • Build web solutions and APIs using Azure-hosted services
  • Apply expertise in C#, .NET and Web APIs in daily development work
  • Work with front-end technologies such as React and Next.js
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and refine user stories
  • Participate in agile practices and work closely with other developers in the team
  • Influence learning topics within your team and contribute to knowledge sharing

What do we expect from you?

Must have

  • At least three years of experience in software development
  • Deep knowledge of backend software development with C#/.NET
  • Good understanding of REST API and SOAP
  • Front-end development experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Experience with Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps and Git environments as well as code reviews
  • Experience with integration of third-party services via API
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts and logic to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving and adaptability, including critical thinking and resourceful solution design
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and comfort with practices like code reviews and pair programming
  • Day-to-day responsibilities require a good/excellent level of English to communicate with clients and colleagues in other countries

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or other AI assistants is an advantage
  • Experience with SQL, Entity Framework or NoSQL
  • Experience with Optimizely CMS
  • Relevant bachelor's or master's degree
