We are looking for a Tech Lead Full-stack Developer

Job Description

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of comprehensive backend and frontend applications.
  • Oversee database creation and management, primarily using PostgreSql.
  • Guide the team in developing robust frontend applications using TypeScript, React/Angular, Material Design, and Apollo.
  • Implement and oversee end-to-end testing frameworks like Cypress/Playwright.
  • Manage and mentor a team in utilizing code repositories (Bitbucket, GitHub Actions).
  • Design and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines using tools like CircleCi and GitHub Actions.
  • Supervise and strategize AWS deployment processes.
  • Encourage and maintain a "you-build-it-you-run-it" culture within the team.
  • Champion sustainable and efficient solutions to minimize carbon footprint in the energy sector.
  • Facilitate collaboration in globally distributed teams and encourage proactive problem-solving.
  • Undertake necessary travel to meet project needs and team coordination.

You are meant for this job if:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Full-Stack Development, with proven leadership skills.
  • Expertise in Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, Spring Data, GraphQL, TypeScript, React/Angular, Material Design, and PostgreSql.
  • Solid experience in end-to-end testing, code repository management, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in AWS deployment strategies.
  • Strong familiarity with task management (Jira), and documentation tools (Confluence).
  • Expertise in IntelliJ and VisualStudio.
  • A strong commitment to developing sustainable solutions in the energy sector.
  • Leadership skills, with an emphasis on mentorship and team development.
