Salary: 18.00 1.00 shift differential

A growing manufacturing facility is hiring a 3rd Shift Production Associate to support machining operations and keep production running safely and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can follow detailed instructions, and is comfortable working with tools, machinery, and repetitive physical tasks.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform tool changes and complete leak tests according to established procedures.
  • Operate machining equipment including Chiron drills, forklifts, and Okuma lathes.
  • Conduct hardness tests to verify product quality.
  • Re-balance, inspect, and palletize parts for shipment or further processing.
  • Inspect parts for accuracy, defects, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Follow all standard work instructions and maintain safe work habits throughout the shift.

What You Need

  • Ability to stand on your feet for 8+ hours per shift.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Willingness to work second shift and overtime as needed.
  • Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Files and die grinders
  • Deburring knives
  • General shop tools
  • Hardness checker
  • Air buffer
  • Gorbel crane

Safety Requirements

In addition to standard PPE (bump cap, safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, hearing protection), this position also requires:

  • Kevlar gloves for chip removal
  • Rubber-coated or latex gloves for designated tasks on the line
