Salary: 18.00 1.00 shift differential
A growing manufacturing facility is hiring a 3rd Shift Production Associate to support machining operations and keep production running safely and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can follow detailed instructions, and is comfortable working with tools, machinery, and repetitive physical tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Perform tool changes and complete leak tests according to established procedures.
- Operate machining equipment including Chiron drills, forklifts, and Okuma lathes.
- Conduct hardness tests to verify product quality.
- Re-balance, inspect, and palletize parts for shipment or further processing.
- Inspect parts for accuracy, defects, and compliance with quality standards.
- Follow all standard work instructions and maintain safe work habits throughout the shift.
What You Need
- Ability to stand on your feet for 8+ hours per shift.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Willingness to work second shift and overtime as needed.
- Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.

- Deburring knives
- General shop tools
- Hardness checker
- Air buffer
- Gorbel crane
Safety Requirements
In addition to standard PPE (bump cap, safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, hearing protection), this position also requires:
- Kevlar gloves for chip removal
- Rubber-coated or latex gloves for designated tasks on the line
