Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Assistant Store Mangers PT are also available for monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount.
Pay Transparency Statement
The hourly range for this position is $16.90 - $17.90, which represents base pay only. The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, scheduled hours, and experience, among other factors.
